Welcome to the Neustadt Community and Business Association — a not-for-profit, volunteer-run group to give our heritage village a strong, collective voice. The Neustadt CBA is for everyone who cares about Neustadt — community members, community groups, businesses, and youth.

We're built on three pillars: Community, Commerce and Heritage.

While we're part of West Grey, Neustadt is special – and we'll work #NeustadtNow to advocate, support local and collaborate to make this an even better place to live, work and visit!

Our Mission

The Neustadt Community and Business Association is a not-for-profit group representing the business and community interests of the village of Neustadt, located in the municipality of West Grey, Ontario with a focus on Community, Commerce and Heritage.

Our organization strives to exemplify the bedrock values of our community through the following aims and objectives:

• We represent and advocate for the interests of Neustadt from a business and community perspective.

• We promote and encourage growth and economic development through communication, education and events while working to ensure the heritage and distinct characteristics of Neustadt are preserved and celebrated.

• We embrace and support the efforts of individual citizens and other local groups for the betterment of the community and we commit to working collaboratively with municipal and community stakeholders.

• We strive to build a unified and cohesive association that is recognized as a strong voice for the community, spearheading initiatives to make Neustadt a better place to live in, to work in and to visit.

Membership Options & Rates

This is first and foremost a business group – but membership is also open to individuals who are not part of a business but want to join and support the effort! We also encourage youth to join and participate, and we plan to work in concert with service clubs and other community groups and we invite them to join us as well.

BUSINESS MEMBERS – Owners/operators of Neustadt businesses:

• $150 ($50 initiation fee and $100 dues, $100 per year thereafter)

• Membership renewals are due on December 31 annually

* 2026 INTRODUCTORY RATE – Business Members

• $50 if paid by June 30, 2026, valid until December 31, 2027 ($100 per year thereafter)

COMMUNITY SUPPORTERS – Individuals (who are not owners/operators of a business)

• $20 per year

YOUTH MEMBERS – Individuals under the age of 25 and who are full-time students

• FREE

ORGANIZATION MEMBERS – Representatives of service clubs, charities and other not-for-profit organizations

• FREE

Our signature event, the Neustadt Markt, happens in June each year at the Neustadt Lions Park. In the fall, we host the Neustadt Night Markt - happening on September 4, 2026 at the Neustadt Springs Brewery - contact us for details and don't miss this opportunity to showcase your business and sell your wares in a beautiful outdoor setting.

The Neustadt Community and Business Association logo features a timeless and classic font to reflect the heritage of our picturesque village. The arch element symbolizes a connection between community and business and a pathway to the future. It also denotes the subterranean stone tunnel system which once connected the historic Neustadt Springs Brewery with downtown businesses.

Our organization is federally-registered as a not-for-profit corporation and is operated entirely by volunteers. We encourage businesses, residents and anyone who shares our passion for the village of Neustadt to join us and become involved in making this an even better place to live, work and visit!
